Private houses
The interior of a room reflects the owners personality and underlines an attitude, which we achieve by creating structures and moods – here the key is to coin the right connection between selected colors, shapes and objects. We look at the architectural construction as a whole, whilst taking the existing fabric of the building into consideration. In addition to architectonical planning we also answer all your questions about interior design – beginning with furniture, over to lighting and fabrics, to sanitary engineering and home automation.

Commercial real estate
Contemporary office and workplace design seeks a holistic view on processes, communication, esthetics and ergonomics. We design the appearance of your office space through optimization of room structures and guidance on furnishing and lighting, all whilst keeping an eye on changes yet to come.

REALIZATION & CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Aside from detailed planning, the key to a projects’ success is its realization with a professional construction supervision. If you wish, we are your partner during all phases – starting from the inquiry until the invoice verification after completion. We coordinate all processes and are present on-site in order to oversee new constructions, enlargements, and rebuilding projects. In order to provide an efficient and reliable realization of the planned building measures, we collaborate with experienced professionals from our network, with whom we have been working as a team for many years. Of course we are also happy to consider your own trusted professionals during commissioning.

AGENCY IN MUNICH

Creative work but also moments of privacy are favoured by the bright and spacious old building the agency is situated in. Complementary furniture underlines the character of the building, while the black trim aligns perfectly with its industrial architecture. An overall image of harmony and strong character is created.

PRIVATE HOUSE MUNICH II

Our project focused on the first story of the private house. Firstly, all floors were supplied with floor heating and new parquet. Secondly, the story was provided with a large bathroom, which required uniting two separate rooms. To our client, drafts as well as execution of built-in components and fittings along with partial furnishing were of great value.

PRIVATHAUS FÜNFSEENLAND

Die Bestandsimmobilie aus dem Jahr 1936 wurde komplett kernsaniert, und der Grundriss bis auf die Außenmauern neu und offen gestaltet. Glas, Holz und Textilien – klare Formen gepaart mit handwerklichen Einzelstücken verleihen der modernen Raumarchitektur eine warme Atmosphäre. Die großen Fensterfronten mit vorgelagerter Terrasse lassen die Übergänge von innen nach außen fließend werden und verbinden das Haus mit seiner Umgebung.

FLAT IN AN OLD BUILDING MUNICH

The retro style apartment with shapes and colors from the 50s and 60s was completely renovated, partially changing distribution and size of the rooms and adding a new master- and guest bathroom as well as a dressing room. An optimized floor plan and a draft of hand-crafted fittings were added to a harmonious holistic concept.

FLAT IN STARNBERG

The scope of this project was to unite several small apartments to one large apartment.
During planning, it was important to tune the needs of the inhabitants and the present structure of the building. Our clients’ wish was to have a new kitchen area with an open passage to the living- and dining area. As a result, the apartment space now revolves around a functional and refined central block. The entire apartment was provided with parquet flooring, and new furniture as well as fixtures were added to already existing furniture.

PRIVATHAUS MÜNCHEN I

Um eine großzügige, offene Küche mit einladendem Essbereich zu erhalten, haben wir den Wohn- und Küchenbereich miteinander getauscht. Der Wechsel hat auch dem Wohnraum gut getan, denn er wirkt umso gemütlicher.
In der zweiten Phase realisierten wir den Umbau von Schlafzimmer und Bad. Weil die Grundfläche des Badezimmers nicht erweitert werden konnte, passten wir das Konzept entsprechend an – und schafften Platz für eine große, bodenbündige Dusche und eine Badewanne.

PRIVAT HOUSE FELDKIRCHEN

The task consisted in integrating a heating fireplace into the living- and dining area. We settled all technical requirements and during realization we supervised that everything was compliant with current regulatory. Creating a harmonic, comfortable atmosphere required repainting the walls, revising the existing parquet flooring and renewal of the furniture.
